Do you clean occupied apartments?+
This page is designed for vacant-unit make-ready work. For occupied homes or apartments, use our residential cleaning request so we can confirm the right scope.
Can you handle multiple units?+
Yes. Select the number of units or an ongoing partnership in the request form. We can begin with a small pilot so both teams can confirm workflow and standards.
Are appliance and cabinet interiors included?+
They can be included in a detailed make-ready scope. Select the areas you need in the form; the written quote will confirm exactly what is included.
Do you remove abandoned furniture or bulk trash?+
Bulk hauling is not part of normal cleaning. Tell us what remains in the unit so we can identify whether it must be removed before service or quoted separately.
Can you provide completion photos?+
Yes, when requested. We can also note visible maintenance concerns encountered during cleaning, but this is not a licensed property inspection.
How is pricing determined?+
Pricing reflects unit size, condition, bathrooms, appliances, requested detail work, access, travel, number of units, and the required deadline. One-unit service starts at $175.
Tell us what must be ready—and by when.
The specialized form attaches the unit condition, count, deadline, and requested additions to the lead Salito's receives.
- ✓No obligation
- ✓No work begins without confirmation
- ✓Direct follow-up from Salito's
